Our curriculum and instruction supports evidence-based instructional practices and strategies for differentiated, innovative, and effective teaching and learning based on the state-adopted standards in support of a balanced curriculum for the whole child.

The purpose of the Georgia Student Assessment Program is to measure student achievement of the state-adopted academic content standards and to use the results from those assessments to improve teaching and learning.
